Directorate of ICT Services
The Directorate of ICT Services offers the following services:

Network Infrastructure: We maintain a high-speed, secure network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity across the Bwerenga Kawuku campus.

Media & Event Coverage: We provide technical support for audio-visual setup, live streaming, and digital documentation of key college events, including Chapel services, Graduations, and Conferences.

ICT Skills Training: The directorate conducts computer literacy training and teaches ICT courses to equip students and staff with essential digital skills needed for modern ministry and academic research.

Platform Management: We oversee the administration and maintenance of all digital platforms, including the College Website, the Online Admissions Portal, and the E-Learning systems, ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.

Technical Support: Our dedicated helpdesk provides troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system issues for both faculty and students.
Cybersecurity & Data Integrity:
We prioritize the protection of the institution's digital assets. Through robust cybersecurity measures and regular data backups, we ensure the confidentiality and integrity of student records, financial data, and research materials.
Duties & Responsibilities

To manage and maintain the College’s local area network (LAN) and wireless systems to ensure reliable internet access for staff and students.

To oversee the administration of the College Website and Online Admissions Portal, ensuring content is current, secure, and accessible.

To provide technical media support for College events, including audio-visual setup, photography, and live streaming of Chapel services and Graduations.

To conduct ICT training and teach computer literacy courses, equipping students with digital skills relevant to modern ministry and administration.

To provide helpdesk support to faculty, staff, and students, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

To safeguard the College’s digital data through the implementation of backup systems, antivirus protection, and cybersecurity best practices.

To advise the administration on the procurement of appropriate technology hardware and software to support the institution's goals.

To maintain the computer lab facilities, ensuring equipment is functional and available for student research and assignments.

To prepare, manage, and digitally archive staff meeting minutes to ensure proper documentation and accessibility.
