ANTS Welcomes Prospective Students for Admission Interviews and Assessment

From Learning to Ministry: ANTS continues to prepare the next generation of Christ-centred leaders.

ANTS conducts its admission interviews for prospective students seeking to join the institution for the upcoming academic intake.

The programme provided an opportunity for the College to assess applicants through a comprehensive process combining written assessments and oral interviews, reflecting ANTS’ commitment to maintaining high standards in theological education and spiritual formation.

The written component included assessments in Bible Knowledge and English Language Proficiency, designed to assess applicants’ foundational understanding of Scripture and their ability to communicate effectively within an academic and ministry context.

Following the written assessments, candidates participated in oral interviews conducted by the ANTS Academic Committee. The interviews provided an opportunity for the Committee to engage applicants personally, exploring their academic backgrounds, Christian faith, sense of calling, ministry aspirations, and readiness for theological training.

The Academic Committee was led by the Principal, Rev. Victor Wafula Jung, together with Rev. Hur, Human Resource Manager; Rev. Choi, Head of the Department of Theology; Rev. Francis, Academic Registrar; and other members of the College leadership.

The involvement of the Academic Committee underscores the importance ANTS places on a careful and holistic admission process. Beyond academic qualifications, the College seeks to understand each applicant and identify students who are prepared to grow academically, spiritually, and practically as they pursue their calling in Christian ministry.

Founded in 1993, ANTS has remained committed to theological education and spiritual formation, preparing men and women to serve Christ and His Church in Uganda and beyond. The admission process is therefore more than simply selecting students for a classroom—it is the beginning of a journey of formation, discipleship, service, and ministry.
